We work to get every order out the door quickly and delivered reliably.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through USPS using the following services:
- USPS First Class
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
Shipping speed depends on the option selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delays
Once a package is in the hands of USPS, delivery is outside of our control. While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur.
If your package is significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Farm First Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
If this happens, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier to locate the package.
