Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If it’s been worn or damaged after delivery, we won’t be able to accept it.

To return an item, we recommend utilizing our guided return feature. To initiate your return, access your customer account by visiting https://account.farmfirstapparel.com.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping

Returns are subject to a flat rate of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

What you paid is what you get back, minus the return shipping when applicable.

Final Sale Items

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is marked as final sale, it’s yours to keep.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at support@farmfirstapparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
