Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Yes. If you are looking for bulk orders, custom designs, or team and business apparel, reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Shipping
What shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped through USPS using First Class, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options such as Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by USPS. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen. If your order is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting USPS.
What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
We recommend checking with neighbors or USPS first. If you are still unable to locate your package, please email us at support@farmfirstapparel.com.
Returns and Exchanges

How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns are subject to a flat rate of $7.99 which will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for different sizes or items. Items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost of $7.99 unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@farmfirstapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right and cover all return shipping costs.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Products
How do your products fit?
Most of our apparel has a true to size fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. You can view our sizing charts here.
Will items shrink after washing?
Our products are pre-shrunk, however slight shrinkage can occur with 100% cotton fabrics. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on the lowest setting.
How should I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry on the lowest or hang to dry for best results.
Are your products durable?
Yes. We use high quality decoration techniques and materials to ensure designs hold up through repeated wear and washing.
